This world is energy.
There are two forces of energy - Light and
dark.
We are energy.
We have both poles,(but are polarized) [towards one generally in total].
When we open ourselves up [through unconsciousness in thought/word/deed], either energy has
access (unless our polarity is strong).
In other words; shadows lurk within and
without - always keep love in your heart and your mind directed to light - then
you will know and feel the difference between spiritually transformative
experiences of light or other.
